I’m Eamon Heggarty, founder of Hegg Group – a hospitality-led investment and operations company built to bring ideas, places, and people together.

After a decade working as a quantity surveyor across Dubai and the UK, my career took an unexpected but welcome turn toward hospitality and property. I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences that feel special. Spaces that work beautifully and leave a lasting impression. That passion became the foundation of Hegg Group, which as a Top Co, brings together a collective of companies; Coorie Retreats Limited, Dalriada Group Limited, and Ats Us Clean Limited under one roof.

Coorie Retreats is our luxury glamping site in Portpatrick, Scotland. Coorie became a place people sought out for design-led cabins, private hot tubs in each unit, and an onsite Wild Wellness spa providing time to slow down and reconnect with themselves and nature. From there, we expanded into serviced accommodation and property management, helping property owners transform underused spaces into thriving, guest-ready assets.

Today, combining the experience of owning and operating a glamping site, serviced accommodation and a cleaning and laundering business, we deliver a full-circle approach; from acquisition and setup to cleaning, laundry, maintenance, bookings, guest comms and day-to-day operations. It’s hospitality from the ground up, built with care by a team that loves what they do.

As we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, my focus remains the same: building brands that balance people, performance, and beautiful places. At Hegg Group, we’re creating stays guests love, and partnerships property owners can count on.
